Hole openers are used to widen holes that have already been drilled.

The cutter, which is the life of the hole opener, utilizes our lock bit technology, so the purpose is effectively achieved.

It is used when large-diameter drilling is not possible due to drilling rig capacity, when bending of the shaft core is suppressed, or when a sufficient drilling rate cannot be obtained with large-diameter excavation.

There are the following types of cutter mounting types:

Bracket Type

The cutter shaft and arm are integrated, and the strength of the cutter shaft is relatively large, but arm removal and rewelding are required when replacing the cutter.

Pin Type

The cutter shaft and arm are split type, and cutter replacement is relatively easy to disassemble pins→ replace cutters→ reassemble regardless of the arm, so you can work on site.

Other

There is also a simple opener with a separate lock bit. The cutter is available in 4-tooth type and insert insert type.
