High-performance 5-axis machine
We have 7 of 5-axis processing machines which are our main processing machines. The 5-axis processing machines can process the bit bodies from the base material to the final polished form.
Cutters are processed with CNC Lathes from the base material to the final polished form.
We have small 5-axis processing machines, 3-axis processing machines, NC lathes, and outer diameter polishing machines, and can handle various products.
Robotic welding machines
We are boosting automation by introducing robot welding machine. 6-axis robots are able to weld from every angle. The processing time is reduced to 2/3 campared to hand-welding.
Heat treatment lines
With three unit of heat treatment furnace, heat treatment is processed in-house under thorough management.
